Enigma is happy to host children's parties for kids. For all children under 13 we require an adult attend inside the game room. (We don't charge for the adult.) We ask that you ensure the kids understand the type of activity it is in consideration of all our guests. No running and yelling please. We do encourage cheering and laughing and we get that a lot.
Most Enigma Escapes rooms are not scary in any way. The exceptions are What Happened in Raven Woods? and Butcher of the Catacombs which were designed to be creepy with occasional scary moments. All the other rooms are appropriate for younger players.

They will follow along closely and if you are getting stuck, they will provide you with a hint to set you on the right track. For this reason, most teams are successful in escaping the room. If you do not want hints, that's ok! Simply let your Gamemaster know prior to the game.
